Attention CCC Folks. You Pick The Words

We’ve decided we’re going to try somthing new, and something we believe will be cool.

We’re going to let CCC members choose the words for Thursday’s challenges. The first one will be this Thursday.

If you want to choose the words we use, tell us so in the comments below. We’ll put everyone’s name in an MS Excel spreadsheet (in the order they appear in this post), use a ramdon number generating formula that picks numbers which will correlate with the names of people entered into the sheet in the adjacent cell, and announce the pick. We’ll cycle through the list of people until everyone has had a chance, then we’ll start all over again.

We thought about sponsored posts, but we want to try this first and see how it goes.

So every Tuesday, we’ll choose a name and post the results. You send us your words by no later than Wednesday night (E.S.T in the U.S.). If we don’t receive them by then, we’ll post the words ourselves.

Now, I realize some people may not want to change anything, and I can understand this. For whatever reason, if you don’t want to use words for a particular challenge you can simply skip them and wait for another set.

Update: Kool aid reminded me of something. I’ll email you all a copy of the current word. You don’t have to avoid words already used, but I try to just to keep it fresh. You can use the sheet if you like, or choose whichever words you like.
